On Saturday, October 21 celebrate GORGEOUS Halloween with Mx. Tiffany Leigh at the Sugar Hollow Taproom in Danbury, CT!

You do NOT want to miss this. It's the last GORGEOUS event on the calendar in 2023, and Mx. Tiffany's GORGEOUS Halloween is always the biggest party of the year!
And as always, there'll be a Costume Contest at midnight judged by Mx. Tiffany Leigh!

At GORGEOUS you'll be immersed in a see-it-to-believe-it night out centering and celebrating the trans/enby community - so mix, mingle, wear a costume, and bring your GORGEOUS selves to our inclusive event!

SUGGESTED DRESS: It's Halloween so wear a costume if you want! Costumes aren't mandatory for entry so wear what you like. At GORGEOUS the only dress code is "dress to express" so please come as you are!

GORGEOUS is a club night out for #girlslikeus + #boyslikeus + everyone in between! And the event is open to all (21+) - this includes the LBGTQIA+ and cis communities as well as friends & families, allies & admirers, and tribes or folx of any gender identification, fetish, yum, or sexuality.

Ask anyone: Tiffany Leigh's organized trans/queer events are always the biggest & most inclusive in the tri-state area, Northeast, and East Coast. Whether you're new to GORGEOUS or a longtime fan, you'll feel validated and right at home as soon as you walk through the door!

Danbury, CT is only 1 hour north of New York City/Manhattan, 2 hours from Albany, and 2.5 hours from Boston, Providence, and Philadelphia. Hotel + Transportation Options for the October 21 GORGEOUS party in Danbury, CT:

Hotels:
There are at least 12-14 hotels to choose from in Danbury, and even the ones furthest from the club are only a 15 minute drive door to door.
Note: there are no hotel discounts or blocks set up for GORGEOUS. (For the record, that was always a courtesy, and I could never really get it to work because people never booked far enough in advance. Plus it's 2023 and there are many ways to book hotels.)

My advice if you plan to stay overnight is book where you are most comfortable, and find your own deals. Whether that's AAA, corporate discounts, rewards programs, or through deal sites like Booking dot com or Hotels dot com.

These hotels are all a 10 minute drive to club, and are listed in order of most popular with our GORGEOUS attendees:

Maron Hotel
Ethan Allen Hotel
Residence Inn
Holiday Inn Express & Suites

These options are a 15-20 minute drive to club via I-84 so are still close by car, and are all close to each other:
La Quinta Inn & Suites
Best Western Danbury
Days Inn
Microtel

Based on expected turnout and the fact that 60-70% of GORGEOUS guests travel at least 50+ miles to attend, I suspect many of these listed hotels will have GORGEOUS guests staying in them.

How to get to Danbury for GORGEOUS:

BY CAR: If you have a car or carpool to Danbury, that's the easiest way to travel to Oct 21's GORGEOUS party. Once in Danbury, even without a car it's easy and not too expensive to get around locally via Uber and Lyft.

BY TRAIN: If you don't have a car or can't get a ride, it is possible to get to Danbury via the Metro North train line. I've traveled this way many times from New York City.
There are two different Metro North options. The best option is Metro North Hudson Line to Southeast station, which is about 10 miles from Danbury via I-84. From there you can call an Uber or Lyft to take you to Danbury, which shouldn't be too pricey.

The other Metro North train is to Danbury but involves a transfer at South Norwalk. It runs less frequently, so even though you are brought to Danbury about 10 minutes from the club and Mall and many hotels, you still need to Uber/Lyft/taxi, and there are less options because there are less trains running.
